What's included

Stunning landscapes, challenging climbs, great photo spots, new friends, pure air and time away from your smartphone are guaranteed when riding with us.

The following is also included:

  • Accommodation
  • All breakfasts / all post ride snacks when relevant / most dinners (please refer for each trip for details)
  • Transfers from and to a designated airport, within a predefined time window
  • Guides and vehicle support
  • Energy nutrition
  • COIIAB CYCLING kit
  • Roadbook including all the details you need to know on your trip

What's Not Included?

  • Flights / transportation to the trip pick up location
  • Travel insurance
  • Some meals may not be included, which gives you the opportunity to discover the local cuisine on your own of with your friends. Our guides will be happy to give you recommendations on the best places to go
  • Alcoholic drinks and soft drinks

Returns & Refunds policy

Deposits and Payments

  • In order to confirm your tour, COIIAB CAMP must receive your deposit.
  • In most cases the deposit fee required is €500 per participant.
  • The balance of the payment is due 90 days before the tour starts.
  • If payment is not paid when due, COIIAB CYCLING reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.

Trip Cancellation insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Unexpected events can occur, including injuries to our guests as they prepare for their trip, sickness, epidemics/pandemics and changes in employment situation. Please take out trip cancellation insurance at the time your trip deposit is paid.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, a penalty is payable as shown below (calculation is in calendar days):

  • 91-180 days: 10% of trip price
  • 61 – 90 days: 30% of trip price
  • 31 – 60 days: 60% of trip price
  • 0 – 30 days: 100% of trip price

Health and accident insurance

All of our participants must have comprehensive medical insurance, covering health, accidents and evacuation events. It is your responsibility to ensure you have this insurance in place before you travel.

Alterations to the tour itinerary

We are proud to bring you the highest standard of quality on our tours. Sometimes this means modifications may be made to this itinerary. Naturally, we will notify you of any changes that may affect your arrival, departure or lodging.
